Atkinsons' flagship roastery cafe in the restored Georgian kitchen building of Lancaster Castle, from the family business that has traded since 1837. A Loring roaster sits centre-stage behind the bar; single-origin espresso and filter are brewed throughout the day alongside house-baked cakes from the on-site kitchen. A courtyard terrace faces the medieval castle walls. Roasts its own coffee. Bakes on site.
