Opened in April 2025 by New Zealand barista Jackson Fitzgerald in the port district, with a Slayer espresso machine and a rotating selection of single-origin beans from Stray (Munich), Friedhats (Amsterdam) and Datura (Paris). Several pour-over options run alongside espresso, and the approach to sourcing and extraction reflects Fitzgerald's specialty background across Europe and New Zealand.
